Dec. 11 & 12 Holiday Remembrance Services - RSVP Here
It is common to choose a special verse to print on the programs that are handed out a funeral or memorial service, or on the memorial prayer cards. Families often choose a verse that was meaningful to their loved one or captures the family's feelings about them. Below you will find a selection of verses that can be printed on programs and prayer cards.
A service program can be a lovely keepsake for you and the guests that attend your loved one’s service. Typically you will see the order of service printed on the program, along with the verse and the text of the obituary. Some families also choose to recognize pallbearers, musicians and others who are assisting with the service. Below you will find a selection of verses that can be printed on the program. Click on a title to read the full verse. Please make a note of the verse name and share it with your funeral director.
Prayer cards, also known as memorial cards, are a time-honored keepsake for many families. They will normally include a photo of your loved one and a special verse or the obituary. After the service, a prayer card can be kept in a Bible, scrapbook or journal as a remembrance. Click on a title to read the full verse. Please make a note of the verse name and share it with your funeral director.
