Zona Faith Alonzo

Zona Faith Alonzo (Boatman), age 84, of Kettering, Ohio, entered the presence of her Lord on February 10, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Faith Boatman; brothers, Richard Boatman, Ronald Boatman, Raymond Boatman; and sister, Zelma Frasure. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Tony Alonzo. They were blessed with three children: Chris (Mark) Alonzo Combs, Kim R. Alonzo, and Adam G. Alonzo.

After Zona trusted Christ as her Savior in October 1969, her greatest desire was for all of her family to do the same. The joy of Zona's life was her six grandchildren: Anna (Eric) Faith Combs Moorman, Luke (Briana) N. Combs, Caleb M. Combs, Andrew (Katie) P. Combs, Stephen (Mary) A. Combs, and Micah L. Combs. That joy was compounded with the births of her great-grandchildren: Emma, Joey, Henry, Wally, Autumn, Charlie, and Mabel.

Following a private graveside service led by Pastor Mark Combs, interment will be at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery in Beavercreek, Ohio.
