Zachary John Walsh Campbell, age 29 of Dayton, left this Earth peacefully on Monday, June 14, 2021. His battle was lifelong and he is now flying high.
His gifts were many, but more than anything that stands out is Zach's amazing heart and spirit. In his short time on Earth, he touched every person he met. Zach was an avid gamer. He loved music, country was most definitely his jam, but he listened to it all. He loved getting his karaoke on as much as possible. Zach loved his family, but no one more so than his Mom.
Zach leaves behind his Mom, Marty Campbell; siblings, Michael (Elizabeth) Gilbert, Sheila (Jason) Burneka, Craig Gilbert, Cassidy Campbell (Aaron Risner); nephews and nieces, Jason, Kailey, Abby, Ethan, Skylar, and soon-to-be, Grayson; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his dog, Tanner, and cat, Zee.
Zach is preceded in death by his Dad, John Campbell.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439). Funeral service will begin at 4:00 pm.
Burial date is pending in Dayton National Cemetery, where Zach will be laid to rest with his Dad.
