Yong Kwan Kim

Yong Kwan Kim, 93, of Fairborn, went to be with the Lord on April 8, 2020. He was a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend and brother. Yong Kwan enjoyed spending time with his late wife, being handy and using his skills to "MacGyver" any situation, taking walks, cleaning, playing jokes on his family and going to church. He was an active member of his church, Dayton Korea United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his sons: Hoo Young (Soon Young) Kim and Sun Young (Kyong Hui) Kim; daughters: Sun Ae Kim and Sunny (Carl) Allyn; grandchildren, Sun (Rob, Avery, Stella) Miller, Yuree (Albert, Ethan, JD, Nathanael, Audrey) Kim, Josh Kim, Dj (Somang, Zoey) Kim, Cassy Allyn, Jackie Kim, Cris Allyn, and James Kim; his sisters; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews; many friends; cousins and church members.

No visitation or memorial service will be held during this timeframe. In lieu of flowers, check donations can be made to Dayton Korean Grace Church and mailed to 2661 Harshman Rd, Dayton, OH 45424 or sent through the church's website.
