Winn C. Hamrick
December 14, 1923 — June 22, 2016
Winn C. Hamrick, age 92 of Dayton, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2016. He was born in Tollesboro, KY to the late Lillian and Arthur Hamrick. Winn went on to serve in the United States Navy during WWII. He practiced law in Dayton for 65 years. He was an avid golfer and sportsman. He will be remembered for his work ethic and his love and devotion to his family.
In addition to his parents, Winn was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Hamrick.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, wife of 55 years, E. Faye Hamrick; daughter, Winde (Tony Wolski) Hamrick; step-children, Diane (Tom) Bornemann and Susan (Karry) Keller; grandchildren, Sam A. Wolski, Joe Gillette, Thomas, Todd, and Sean Bornemann, 8 great-grandchildren; sibling, Gene (Connie) Hamrick; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A private family service will be held at a later date. In care of Newcomer Funeral Home - Kettering.
