BROWN, Winfred
Age 69, went home to be with the Lord on December 13, 2014. He was born September 3, 1945 in Strawberry Plains, TN to the late, Buford and Emma Brown.
He is also preceded in death by first wife, Janice Brown; sons, Kenny Brown and Colin Kelly; daughter, Melinda Sue; grandson, Jody Winfred Brown; and brother, Arlin Brown.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Ruth Brown; children, Terry (Candace) Evans, Melissa Brown, and Renee (Carmine) Gallazzi; grandchildren, Dale (Amanda) Morris, Jacob (Christy) Smith, Heather Semons, Jessica Evans, Taylor Wuellner, Stephen Wuellner, Randall Wuellner, Gavin Gallazzi, Rachel (Corey) Joslin, Becky Brown, and Joseph Brown; 10 great-granddaughters, 1 great-grandson; brothers, Clayton Brown, David Brown, Anthony Brown, and Randy Brown; and sister, Bertha Ramberger; and numerous other dear family members and friends.
Winfred was a long time member of Brantwood Baptist Church and Local 1410. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Brantwood Baptist Church, 2400 Albrecht Ave. A funeral service will be held Friday, December 19, 2014 at 10:00 am at the church. Interment to follow at Arlington Cemetery, Brookville.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either Hospice of Dayton or to the Brantwood Baptist Church for missions.
