Wilma Wachenschwanz

Wilma Audrey Wachenschwanz, age 97 of West Carrollton, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born February 23, 1918 in Nelsonville, Ohio the daughter of William and Hazel Patton.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rev. Earl Wachenschwanz, a son, David E. Wachenschwanz, a daughter, Sharon McClaskey, a brother, Dr. Charles F. Patton, and a sister, Aileen Hankison.
Wilma is survived by her daughter, Hazel (Charles) Wood; five grandchildren, David (Gina) McClaskey, Kimberly (Gary) Mullen, Diane Wood, Tom (Teresa) McClaskey, and Marc Wood; 9 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and a son-in-law, David McClaskey. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 12:00 pm at West Carrollton Church of the Nazarene (550 South Elm St., West Carrollton, Ohio 45449). Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service at the church.
Burial will be in Miami Valley Memorial Gardens.
