Wilma T. Riley

August 6, 1926 — December 25, 2011

Riley, Wilma T., age 85, of West Carrollton, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2011. Wilma was a long time member of Faith Alive Ministries, formerly Judson Baptist Church and retired from DESC with over 25 years of service. She was also a member of a local ukulele group.

Wilma is survived by her husband of 63 years: William Riley; sons and daughter-in-law: Michael Lee Riley of Dayton; Ronald Alan (Joyce) Riley of Powell, Ohio; special granddaughter: Megan Riley; sister: Virginia Lucas of Beavercreek; brother: John Thomas of KY; niece: Debbie Moyer; nephew: Steve Lucas; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Nello & Florence (Porter) Thomas and her brother: Ed Thomas.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering with Pastor Peter Courlas officiating. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until time of service.
