age 43 of Vandalia, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2006. Wilma is survived by her son, Bradley J. Rickels; parents, Donald and Mary Rickels; sisters, Rhonda Philpot and Belinda Rickels; brother, Timothy D. Rickels; and several nieces and nephews. Wilma was a loving and caring person. She will be sadly missed. Family will receive friends 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday with a visitation an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Trissel Cemetery. Rev. Paul Perdue will officiate.
