LOWE, Wilma Evon, age 77, of Piqua, OH, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012. She was born May 25, 1935 in Irvine, Kentucky. Evon is survived by her children, Sheila Lowe(Leroy Stager), David Lowe, Gary (Cindy) Lowe, Rosemary Fallen and Glen Lowe; grandchildren, Christina, Amy, Amanda, Timothy, Bridget, Corey, Katelynn, Bradley, Austin, Nicole and Bryanna; nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hood and Dorothy Howell.
