Wilma Louise Benfield, 76, of Moraine, passed away March 28, 2017. Wilma was born in Paducah, Kentucky on April 18, 1940 to the late Raymond and Ernestine Yancy. In her free time she enjoyed crafts, jewelry and spending time with the other residents at Pinnacle Pointe.
In addition to her parents, Wilma was preceded in death by her grandmother, Laura Southern.
She is survived by her sons, Loren (Tina) Hedges, Raymond Hedges, Steven Hedges, Joseph Hedges; daughter, Laura (Wallace G.) Comer; 15 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; sister, Bonnie Wiles; and several other relatives and special friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 31, 2017 from 9:30 am-10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, where funeral services will begin at 10:30 am. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Shoup Cemetery.
