Heaven celebrated on August 1, 2021 when Wilma Jean (Hall) (Robinson) Back arrived. She was 91 years old.
Wilma was born in Science Hill, Kentucky on March 8, 1930. She was the daughter of Charles Zack Hall and Ethel (Casada) Hall.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands: Verl Richard Robinson, and Hacker Back; four sisters: Zada Stone, Christine Leonard, Clarine Swayne, and Betty Daws, along with three brothers: Raymond, Charles, and Edward Hall. Also preceding her were a step-daughter, Sue Barga, and step-son, Phillip Back.
Wilma is survived by a daughter, Brenda (Gene) Kepler; two sons: Thomas and John Robinson; a step-daughter, Judy (Mike) Price, and two step-sons: Donald (Debbie) Back, and Travis (Cindy) Back. Wilma has 5 grandsons, Matthew Kepler, Caleb Kepler, Clinton Kepler, Michael Robinson, and Daniel Robinson. She also has two grand-daughters: Sheila (Shawn) Hellman, and Melissa Kepler. Wilma also has five great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Wilma is also survived by a dear sister, Louise (Hall) Browning.
Wilma graduated from Beavercreek High School in 1948. She was always the "star" of the show. Wilma played the starring role in the senior class play when she was only a junior, and then again as a senior.
Wilma was an active member of the Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene, even after moving to Wilmington, Ohio (twice). She drove half an hour to attend church every time the doors opened.
Wilma loved to entertain family and friends. She was always there for whoever needed her and will be sorely missed by all!
The family will receive friends Friday, August 6, 2021 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH). A funeral service will immediately follow at the funeral home at 6:00 pm.
