Willie Slone

SLONE, Willie L. "Bill", 68, of Huber Heights passed away peacefully Monday June 15, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. He is preceded in death by his parents Oschel and Ina Slone. Bill is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary Sue Slone; children Jamie Slone, Michelle (Rodger) Honeycutt, Christopher Slone, and Stephen (Karey) Slone; grandchildren Brandon Honeycutt, Tyler Toner, and Brooklyn Slone; brother Jack (Wanda) Slone; sisters Joan (Richard) Reed, Norma (Tilman) Blair, and Sue Hess; numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends. He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Temple and UK Alumni Association. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday June 19, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00PM Thursday June 18, 2009 at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Polk Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
