Willie Reeford Daniels

Willie Reeford Daniels, age 88, of Huber Heights, Ohio, passed away on October 21, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on March 19, 1935, in Wisner, Louisiana. Willie, affectionately known as Red and Pat, lived a life defined by hard work, honor, and devotion.

After working a variety of jobs during his childhood in Gulfport, Mississippi, Willie enlisted in the Air Force, where he became a keypunch operator at the dawn of the computer age. He transitioned into a successful career as a computer programmer at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in the Foreign Technology Division, where his expertise and dedication were highly valued. Willie's commitment to his work was matched only by his unwavering commitment to his beloved wife, Sandra Daniels, whom he cherished for sixty-six years until her passing.

Willie's memory will forever be treasured by his family, who carry on his legacy: his children, Deborah Daniels, Rachel Daniels, and Paul Daniels; his daughter-in-law, Tomoko Daniels; and his grandchildren, Shawn and Mai; all of whom brought immeasurable joy to his life.

Willie was preceded in death by his dear wife, Sandra Daniels and his adored grandson, Kai Daniels.

In honoring Willie's wishes, his family will not be holding a formal funeral or memorial service. Instead, they invite you to remember him in your own way and make a contribution to the charity of your choice in his memory.
