William Zuern

ZUERN, William Forest Carson (Zickgraf) better known as Price Hill Santa, gave up his toy shop down here to go play Santa for the Lord. He left his mortal plain August 1st, 2004. He was 82 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents, George A. Zickgraf & Esther F. (McKinney); his sons, James L. & William G. Zuern; 2 brothers, Ralph Zickgraf (Louise) & Edwin Zickgraf (Majel); 1 sister, Joyce Elaine Zuern. Survivors include 2 daughters, Esther S. Zuern & Ruby K. (Rick) Simpkins, of Dayton; 2 sons, Hyder J. of Cincinnati & Frank A. (Vera) Zuern of Miamisburg; 7 granddaughters, Evelyn Hodson, Kathleen M. (Adrian) Ahrens, Rebecca S. Simpkins, Amanda & Courtney Long, Alyssa & Suzy Q. Zuern; 3 grandsons, Joshua D. Hall, Kevin (Kathy) Davis & Ricky R.F. (Stephanie) Zuern; 9 great grandchildren, Dylan & Brandon Collins, Gracie & Ali Hodson, Jasmine, Morgan & Samantha Davis, Maka Zickgraf & Kevin Conner; former wife and dear friend, Sarah S. Zuern; sister-in-law, Cora Walls & and special friend, Bernice Herzner; Special Angel of Mercy Jan. Services will be held 11 am, Wednesday 8/4/04 at Newcomer Farley Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Family will receive visitors from 10 am until time of service. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. William will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
