William Thomas Flanagan

FLANAGAN, William T., age 60, lost his battle with cancer Thursday, December 13, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Edmond and Rose (Sisari). William is survived by his wife of 41 years, Lynn Flanagan (Brinkel); daughter, Kathy (Ed) Gerding; son, Todd Flanagan; siblings, Pete (Brenda), Joe (Patti), Bob Flanagan, Pat (Bruce) Graham, and Mary (C.J.) Bartley; grandchildren, Morgan, Annie Rose, Spencer, Emily, and A.J., and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the U.S. Army. William was a loving and generous husband, father, and grandfather who will always have a special place in the hearts of those who knew him. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hospice of Dayton for all their care and support. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 4500 Ackerman Blvd., Kettering, OH. Flowers may be sent to the church. If desired, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
