William Joseph Stanton
June 15, 1960 — October 13, 2022
William "Bill" Stanton, 62, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022. Bill was a loving son, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife, Collene "Susie" and his parents, Col. Joe Stanton and Gaile Stanton.
He was the father of Bryan (Danielle) Stanton, Chaise (Kylie) Stanton and Robert (Marcy) Mobley all of Ohio.
Bill was a loving grandfather "Paps" to Hailey, Mark, Brecker, Kaia, Declan, Logan, Brooke, Landon and Joe and great grandfather to Landon, Lake and Leyton.
Bill is survived by his sisters, Lori (John) Trubinsky of North Carolina and Wendi (Wes) Dubois of Michigan.
Bill loved reading, photography, collecting books and learning about history.
Bill will be sadly missed by his friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek, Ohio on behalf of the Stanton family.
