William Shelton Ii

William R. Shelton II, age 71, of Dayton, OH passed away Thursday August 16, 2012.
He is preceded in death by his father, William Shelton; and brother, Richard Shelton. Survivors include his mother, Ruth (nee: Shannon) Shelton; children, Jeffrey (Kristen) Shelton and Kathleen (Richard) Yow; grandchildren, William "Tyler" Shelton and Andrew Shelton; siblings, Jonathan Shelton and Susan Shelton.
William was a member of the Dayton Boys Choir and was a graduate of Oakwood High School, Ohio Northern University and Ohio Northern University School of Law. After graduating Law School, William worked for companies including Winters Bank and Frigidaire. He also practiced law as a member of a local law firm and as a Public Defender. William, a member of Waterscape, was an avid fisherman and also enjoyed cooking.
The family will be having a private ceremony Wednesday, August 22, 2012.
Arrangements are by the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
