William Setters "Bill"

William Setters "Bill", age 90 of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023. He was born June 25, 1933 in Sciotoville, Ohio to the late Mr. and Mrs. Setters. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Setters; son Barry Setters; four brothers and five sisters.
Bill is survived by his beloved children, Deborah Simms, Steve (Heather) Setters, Craig (Theresa) Setters, Sherri (Lewis) Walp and bonus son, Jason Heys. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
