William Lee Reeder

William Lee "Bill" Reeder , age 76, of Dayton, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2022, at his residence. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, on June 21, 1946, the son of the late Don and Maxine Reeder.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wives, Toni and Kim; son-in-law, Kenny Cooper; brothers-in-law, Randall and Rodney Jones; daughter-in-law, Sandra Reeder; and his best fur friend, Zeus.

Bill is survived by his loving children, Julie (David) Hagens, Debbie (Steve) Schneble, Carla (Jack) Cooper and Bill (Yvette) Reeder; siblings, Donna Jones, Terry Jones, Kim (Ron) Preston; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and many other loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He retired from Behr Dayton Thermal Products. He was a member of the VFW Post 657 for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed walking his dog in the park, going out to eat and watching NASCAR and other sports. Bill was an avid collector. Bill was honest to a fault and he was "always right" (just ask him!).

Visitation will be held from 10:00am-11:00am, on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, where Funeral Services will begin at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery.
