BAILEY, William "Rex", age 79, of Riverside, passed away December 24, 2012. He was born December 11, 1933 in Lykins, Kentucky.
Rex was employed by Dayton Etch for 18 years and Brainard Industries for 32 years before retiring.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Willa Bailey; children, David (JoAnna) Bailey of Dayton, Melissa (Scott) Mowbray of Fairborn; four grandchildren, Brandy Mowbray, Meaghan (Sean) Walls, Courtney Mowbray and Emily Mowbray; four great-grandsons, Austin, Adam, Rylan and Greyson; sisters, Wilma Jean Walters and Betty Sue Bates both of Kentucky; brothers, Chester and Kenneth Bailey both of Kentucky; sister-in-law, Dell Sarchet; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rex was preceded in death by his parents, Bernie and Nola Bailey; brother, Randolph Bailey.
Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
If desired, donations may be made to The Hospice of Dayton.
