William "Bill" T. Paugh born October 1, 1940 in Indianapolis, IN to Frank and Laverne Paugh (deceased). He is survived by his wife of 53 years Jacqueline Marie Paugh; children, Sherry Lynne Malloy (Kevin) of Beavercreek, OH, William S. Paugh (Candace) of Colorado Springs, CO, Christina Marie Titus (Jason) of Reading, VT; grandchildren, Mary Vaughn (Chris) of Kettering, OH, Jade Marie Malloy (Kyle Laughlin) Beavercreek, OH, Katherine Marie Landry (Richard) of Buena Vista, CO, Stephen William Titus, Reading, VT, William Alan Paugh, Colorado Springs, CO, Leah Marie Titus, Reading, VT, William Hugh Malloy, Beavercreek, OH, and Annie Grace Malloy, Beavercreek, OH; five great grandchildren and his sister Sarah Jane Paugh, Beech Grove, IN.

Bill served four years in the United States Navy and worked 35 years for the Federal Government in Department of Defense. He engaged in various important projects like building the "Minute Man" missiles I & II at the former Newark Air Force station where he invented a more efficient device to save the government thousands of dollars a year which resulted in a significant financial reward for his creativity. He was on the Quality Assurance trouble shooting team out of the Federal Building in Cleveland covering a five state area supervising the quality of military contracts. He was appointed Branch Chief in Colorado Springs. Colorado in 1979 and was in charge of all military contracts in the southern part of Colorado until 1987 when he got a promotion to Wright Patterson Air Force Base to work on various high level quality supervision contracts ending with the F-16. He traveled to NATO headquarters in Europe and South Korea.
He is a lifetime member of the BPOE and a 30 year member of Dayton Lodge #58.

Calling hours will be Monday, November 21 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH 45432. There will be an BPOE ceremony at 7:30 p.m. during calling hours. A Mass of Christian burial at St. Luke the Evangelist Church on North Fairfield Rd in Beavercreek, OH on Tuesday, November 22 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Terry Schneider presiding. At Bill's request he will be buried at the Veterans cemetery in Dayton.

He was a man first, a proud American whose generosity was endless to everyone not only to his family but to anyone who helped him like waitresses, nurses and friends.
