William P. Harrison

WILLIAM P. HARRISON, age 79 of Beavercreek passed away September 5, 2007. He was born on September 22, 1927 in Harrisburg PA. William served his country in the Navy during the Korean War. He retired from Ohio Bell after 37 years of service. He was a member of the Ohio Bell Pioneers. William was a loving husband and father and is survived by his wife of 57 years, Vivian, son William (Cathy) Harrison of Beavercreek, one sister Millie Hastings of Columbus, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday September 9, 2007 from 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. Services will follow on Monday September 10, 2007 at 10:00am with Pastor Gary Favor officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery in Beavercreek. Donations may be made in William's memory to Hospice of Dayton. The family wishes to thank the staff of Trinity Community and Hospice of Dayton for making his last days comfortable.
