BAUMAN, William P. "Bill" age 82 of Cincinnati, formerly of Detroit, MI, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his parents Mary and John Bauman; 2 brothers Don and Bob Bauman. He is survived by Marilyn, his loving wife of 58 years, his children Mary (Steve) Boehm, Maureen (Rick) Auhagen, Kathy (John) Cline, Carol (Troy)Hayes, Brian (Cindy) Bauman and Claudia (Dan) Hawkins; grandchildren Chris, Jason and Lindsay Boehm, Alicia Auhagen, Kelly Cline, Alexandra Hayes, Shane and Marinice Bauman, Nick and Andrew Hawkins; sister Mary Ann Bauman Lawton; brother-in-law Gerald (Noreen) McCormick; many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Bill faithfully served our country in the US Army. He left NCR after 23 years of service to pursue his own business, Central Cash Register.
Bill was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He spent most of his time enjoying his family and serving his church.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 pm Monday, January 31, 2011 at St. Ann Catholic Church 2900 W. Galbraith Road, Cincinnati with Fr. Thomas Dennemann celebrant. Family will receive friends from 4-8 pm Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home 5527 Cheviot Road. Interment at St. James Catholic Cemetery. In loving memory of Bill, contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati 4310 Cooper Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242, American Heart Association 5211 Madison Road, Cincinnati, OH 45227 or the Leukemia Foundation 2300 Wall Street, Suite H, Cincinnati, OH 45212.
