William Mullins

William "Danny" Mullins, age 90 of Centerville, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at his home. He was born May 15, 1933 in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky the son of the late William and Erma Mullins. He Graduated from Livingston High School and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Georgetown University and earned his Master's Degree from Southwestern Seminary. Danny worked as an electrician for over 30 years and was a member of the IBEW Local 82. He was an active member of First Baptist Church Kettering. He was also an ordained minister. Danny was an outdoorsman and spent much of his free time surrounded by nature, hunting, camping, and going on adventures. He had a lifelong love a learning and remained a passionate student till the end. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Danny is survived by his Children, Char (Ed) McClung, Teresa (Maury) Williams, and Myron (Megan) Mullins; Grandsons, Luke E. McClung, Benton D. Mullins; Granddaughters, Lydia G. L. (Trevan) McElroy, Erin K. (J.D.) Wurster, Shannon K. (Ryan) Patty, Malia E. Mullins, Kensley G. Mullins; Great-Granddaughters, Magnolia L. McElroy, Hannah A. Wurster, Allison M. Wurster; Sister, Irene Herron; Niece, Beverly R. Mason; Nephew, Glenn A. Mason and by numerous other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and 6 other brothers and sisters.

In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Kettering - Foreign Mission Board.

Funeral Service will be held at Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459). Visitation will held from 12:00 PM until the time of the service at 1:00PM. Interment at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
