William L. Maiden

William "Bill" Maiden, 71, of Moraine, passed away January 19, 2021. He was born October 12, 1949 in Phoenix, AZ to the late Douglas and Betty (Williams) Maiden. Bill married Carolyn (Cole) Maiden on July 27th, 1980. He loved Jesus and was member of the Moraine Heights Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife of 41 years Carolyn, Bill is survived by his sons Jesse Maiden and Michael Maiden; brothers David (Margie) Maiden, Bobby Maiden; sister Bonnie Sue (Jim) Maiden-Sparks, his grandson James Timothy "JT" Hoel and his mother Melissa.

Bill was preceded in death by his sons Rodney Hoel and Ronnie Hoel, his parents Betty and Douglas Maiden, and his grandparents Edith and Avery Maiden.

Bill retired from IFC after many years of service. He was a football fanatic and loved the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Bengals. He also enjoyed fishing but most of all he loved playing with his grandson JT. Bill love to "cut up" and laugh and he will always be remembered for his outgoing personality.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., on Monday January 25 from 12:30 pm until time of service at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.

The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face mask be worn in all public places.
