Age 50 of Dayton passed away Friday, May 20, 2011.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald Neeley & Joyce Cheatham; and by his grandparents, William & Ardella Kline.
Billy is survived by two sisters, Cathy (Dave) Hoffer and Kim Means; one brother, Kevin Wamer; nieces & nephews, Joshua T. Mullins, Travis S. Wamer, Brandi Hoffer, Logan Wamer, Cori Wamer; one aunt, Sue A. (Kline) Thompson; and by two cousins, Peggy (Ronald) Burke and Heather (Jamie) Jamison.
He attended Dayton Christian High School and went on to serve in the U. S. Navy.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 24, at Willow View Cemetery, 2500 Neff Road, Dayton, Ohio 45414. Pastor Josh Bevan will officiate.
