Sullivan, William J., "Bill", age 95, of Beavercreek, passed away on Weds. July 10, 2013.
He was born on Aug. 16, 1917 in Dayton, OH to the late Jerry and Philamina Sullivan. Bill served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army during WWII and received 2 Bronze Stars. He was employed by Behm Glass Co. in Dayton until 1958. Bill moved to Beavercreek and founded A Service Glass, Inc. He served on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce for many years, and was a member of the Eagles, K of P, and Rotary.
Bill was a man of his word as well as being a devout Catholic. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn (Unterburger), his brothers, Gerald, Jim and Richard, and by his sister Margeret Brandell. He is survived by his wife, Christine; and by his children, Bill Jr. (Mae), Don (Carol), Glenn (Debbie) and Patricia (Jim) Search. He is also survived by his sister, Loretta Smock; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
