William Harris, Sr.
November 26, 1926 — March 16, 2014
William Grayford Harris, 87, of Dayton, OH, passed Sunday morning, 3/16/2014 in his home from natural causes.
A beloved and selfless Father he was preceded in death by his wife Dessie Dean Harris, his daughter Vickie Lynne Bird and his son William Grayford Harris Jr.
Survived by his daughters Reba Joyce Jones, Vivian Louise Harris and Teresa Ann Harris, his sons Raymond Jerry Harris, David D. Wayne Harris and John Ray Harris, his extended daughters (granddaughters) Carmone Lynne Harris and Dawn Marie Bird, his sister Betty Coffman, and brothers Robert Harris, Sherman Harris and George Harris.
He left behind many grand and great grand children and "loved the whole family".
Graveside Service for interrment will be at 11 AM, March 26th, 2014 at the Mount Tabor United Methodist Church - 1730 County Road 299, Florence Alabama.
Grave stone placement is planned for week of April 21st, 2014
