William Hale

HALE, William F. "Bill," age 81, of Kettering, passed away Wed., Oct. 6, 2004 at Hospice of Dayton. He is survived by his wife of Laura of 56 years; his 4 sons Robert & wife Andrea of Dayton, Todd & wife Connie of Cincinnati, Michael & wife Patty of Calumet, MI and Patrick of Kettering; 9 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Bill retired from Credit Life Insurance Co. of Springfield where he directed the activities of Marketing Services. He is a past president of the Data Processing Management Assoc. and was President of Kettering Holiday-At-Home in 1970. He served in the U.S. Army during W.W.II and is a member of V.F.W.Post 9927 and American Legion Post 598. There will be a memorial gathering of family and friends Sat., Oct. 9, 2004 from 1:00 - 6:00 P.M. at V.F.W. Post 9927, 3316 Wilmington Ave. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420 or Stillwater Health Center 8100 N. Main St., Dayton, OH 45415 in Bill's memory. The family wishes to thank the employees and volunteers of Hospice of Dayton for their wonderful care of Bill the last few weeks of his life.
