William G. Voorhees
Age 71, of New Carlisle, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 11, 2010, at Hospice of Dayton.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Delores W. Voorhees; and by one sister, Peggy Lannigan.
Bill is survived by one daughter, Lisa & her husband, Joe Fulwiler; one son, William J. & his wife, Stacey Voorhees; four grandchildren, Dakota, Devon, Dylan & Dakota; one sister, Mary Ellen Brown; and by his extended family & many good friends.
Bill was retired from PFI in New Carlisle and he was a member of the Troy Fish & Game Club and Troy AMVETS post # 88.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday at the funeral home with interment to follow at New Carlisle Cemetery.
Contributions may be made in memory of Bill to Hospice of Dayton.
