Age 77, of Dayton passed away, Sunday August 23, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born September 26, 1931 to the late William & Nora Fugate in Whitesburg, KY. He is also preceded in death by his wife Louise (Taulbee)Fugate; 5 brothers, & 2 sisters. William served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict & was retired from Brainerd Industries. He is survived by his daughters Lola Fugate, Janie (Tim) Smith; & Medria (Thomas) Mossman; grandchildren William, Rebecca, & Benjamin Smith, Bradley Carwile, & Tabitha Williams; great-grandchildren Logan & Norah Wine; numerous nieces, nephews, & many long-time friends. Memorial Services will be held in Whitesburg, KY at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, OH 45420.
