William L. Erwin, Jr. "Billy" age 67 of Tipp City, Ohio, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021. He was born July 8, 1954 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late William, Sr. and Ruth Erwin.
Billy was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He grew up in Arkansas on his grandparent's farm. Billy proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Upon his discharge, Billy lived in North Carolina where he worked at and retired from Honeywell. In 2016, he moved to Tipp City, Ohio. He and Teresa were married two years later.
Billy was a hard worker, a jack-of-all trades, and a master of none. He was a good man who loved with his whole heart. Above all else, Billy loved his family, especially his grandson, Finch. Billy will be dearly missed by his family.
In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by two sisters, Brenda Erwin and Mary Anne Williams.
Billy will be missed by his loving wife, Teresa; son, William "Chad" Erwin (Annie); step-daughter, Dr. Lisa Manesss; grandson, William "Finch" Erwin; sister, Sharon Adamson; and nieces, Frankie Ndukwe, Helen Vaughn, Bobbi Jo Williams, and Bobbie Lynn McMahan.
