William George Elliott

William George Elliott, 71, passed away unexpectedly on December 30, 2022. Loving husband of 42 years Judy Elliott, cherished father of Sarah (Bill) Creighton, Katie (Christian) Nevarez and Laura (Chris)Ulrich, beloved grandfather of William, Olivia, Dora, Nolan, Beck, Fritz, Magdalena, Eliza, and Irving, brother of Aldonna Langley and Michael Elliott, cousin of Rick Izor and Donnie Izor, who were also his life long best friends, as well as his other extended family members.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Donna Elliott, and his sister Lorraine.

Bill retired from General Motors after 34 years of service. He was a graduate of Beavercreek High School class of 70, and then attended Kent State University. He was an avid golfer, taking annual golf trips to Florida with friends, and spent many days with his daughters and grandsons at the driving range. He was a devoted Bengals fan, never missing a game and always looking for a Super Bowl win. He looked forward to summer vacations every year with his family in Florida, and spent his days in the ocean or sitting on the beach. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Public visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd.) on Friday January 6, 2023 from 5pm until 7 pm.
