William Edward Still Sr.
July 30, 1933 — November 30, 2023
William Edward Still Sr., age 90, of Huber Heights, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 30, 2023.
William was born in Philadelphia, PA on July 30, 1933 to the late George Edward & Ida May Still.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, George, Johnny and Frank Still and grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew and Leon. Edward is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Ruth Ann Still; 5 beautiful children; 26 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
William proudly served in the U.S. Army in Korea and the U.S. Air Force in Vietnam. He worked for the Chessie Railroad for 13 years. William and his wife were very involved with church planting and evangelism.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 11, 2023 from 12-12:30pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424. The service will follow at 12:30pm.
William will be laid to rest at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, Brookville, OH.
