William E. Rawlings

RAWLINGS, William E., age 64, of Beavercreek, passed away Friday, August 14, 2009. He was born January 11, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio. Bill retired from General Motors after 38 years, he owned and raced horses at the Lebanon Raceway and Scioto Downs. He was also a member of the Trotting Association. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Bonnie (Lincks) Rawlings; two sons, Matthew Rawlings and Mark Rawlings; three grandchildren, Kiley Rawlings, Brent Rawlings, and Seth Rawlings; one sister, Kay Camery; and numerous special friends. He was preceded in death by both parents, Walter and Geneva (Alexander) Rawlings. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at a later date.
