DUTTON, William, Chester was born Oct. 21, 1924 in West Virginia and died on Saturday, March 26,2005 at Miami Valley Hospital Dayton, OH. He was 80 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents Elias and Josephine Dutton; brother , Henry Charence Dutton, and beloved son, Jimmy Clarence Dutton. He is survived by his cherished wife of 56 years, Muriel Webb Dutton; children William & Martha Dutton; Ann Duttton; Lance and Ora Lee Johnston; McKinley and Candice Dutton; six grandchildren Elias, Ashley, Nathan, and Andria Dutton, Nevin and Heather Johnston; his life-long friend Nolan Kimbler. He was a WWII veteran who was combat medic,involved in the invasion of Normandy,and the liberation of Berlin. He was retired tool maker, member of the Methodist Curch and member of the Masonic Lodge #737 of West Carrollton,OH. His later years centered around his family, grandchildren and he served then in many ways to enrich their lives. He always had a smile and joke for everyone he met. He was a great man and will be missed by those who knew and loved him. Family would like to thank the staff in the CCICU at MVH for the exceptional care that they provided in the last week of his ife. Services will be held at 11:00A.M. Thursday March 31,2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. officiating Family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Wednesday March 30, 2005 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Calvary cemetery.
