William Dave Stewart, age 67, of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 2, 2013.
Dave served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Era. He was a loving husband, dad, grandpa and loyal friend.
Dave is survived by his wife, Judy Stewart; sons, David Stewart and Todd (Sandy) Stewart; grandchildren, Travis, Austin and Rachael; sister, Mary (Bernie) Mulholand; nephew, Chris; nieces, Lesli and Beth; brother-in-law, Roger VanHoose; and family pet dog, Stewie.
The family will receive friends Thursday, August 8, 2013 from 9:30 am-10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The Service will follow at 10:30 am. Burial will take place at Dayton National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Newcomer to go toward funeral expenses.
