William D. "Bill" Tincher
Age 70, of West Carrollton, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2012.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Flora Ann (Hickey) Tincher in 2009; his parents, Richard & Lula (Fox) Tincher; and by his brother, Robert Tincher.
Bill is survived by three children, William Jr "Doug" & his wife, Kara Tincher, Darla Tincher and Gary Tincher; special family member, Penny Tincher; five grandchildren, Adam, Ryan, Alex, Hannah & Abby; seven siblings, Mildred Massie, Harvey (Wanda) Tincher, Mary Cole, Richard "Doc" (Mary Margaret) Tincher, Verna Colon, Sylvia Adkins & Betty (O'Dell) Nunn; and by his extended family and many good friends.
Bill was an avid fisherman & hunter, he enjoyed attending his grandchildren's sporting activities and he always enjoyed a hot cup of coffee, hearing or telling a good story and will be remembered by those who knew him as a bull sh*tter.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday (4/23) at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with interment to follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Bill to the Dayton Area Diabetes Association.
