CENTERVILLE — William Craig "Bill" Buschor, died May 10, 2024, at CHI Living Communities (St. Leonard's Nursing Home), in Montgomery County, Centerville, Ohio.

He was born November 26, 1938, in Delphos to William Henry and Florence Lavonne (Mericle) Buschor, who both preceded him in death. He married Mary Catherine "Toodles" (Vogt) Buschor on Jan 9, 1960, at St. John's Catholic Church in Delphos, Ohio, whom also preceded him in death.

He is survived by a sister, Elizabeth Marie "Bette" Grewe Smith of Blairsville, Georgia; two sons, Daniel (Teresa) Buschor of Sumter, South Carolina, and Douglas Buschor of Springboro, Ohio; four daughters, Brenda Savage of Centerville, Ohio, Yvonne Buschor and Lisa Hirsch of Columbus, Ohio, and Jenny (Stephen) Fuchs, of Kettering, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Margaret "Margie" Miller and Ruth Ann Weber; and a granddaughter.

In May 1956, Bill graduated Delphos St. John's High School, Allen County, Delphos, Ohio. Bill played football for Delphos St. John's High School his Senior year, the first year Delphos St. John's had a team to ever play football. During 1956-57, he attended the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana. For 1957-63, he attended and graduated from the University of Detroit, Detroit, Michigan, with a B.S. in Architecture. He held an architecture license in Ohio, North Carolina, Indiana, and Michigan. He pursued his dreams as an Architect, mostly in Dayton, Ohio, until he retired in 2013. Organizations he belonged too, included United States Chamber of Commerce, Washington Township Zoning, Centerville Noon Optimist Club, Commission, Architects Society of Ohio, and American Institute of Architects.

His hobbies included photography and sailing. He also enjoyed hunting deer and fishing. In his latter years, he enjoyed scroll sawing.

There will be a private graveside service for the immediate family. His cremated remains will be buried, along with his wife, at David's Cemetery, Montgomery County, Kettering, Ohio.
