William Adkins

Adkins, William, age 79, of Dayton, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2007 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born July 6, 1928 in West Virginia the son of Everett & Ada (Medows) Adkins. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Geraldine "Jerry" Adkins; and his daughter, Colleen Wilson. Survivors include his daughter, Jewel Brunner; son, Richard Byrge; son-in-law, Roger Wilson; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Friday, October 26, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH. Burial will follow at Dayton National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1 PM until the time of services.
