Age 68, of Dayton, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2008. He was preceded in death by his father, Ova Pelfrey; and by one brother, Stanley Pelfrey. Bill is survived by his wife of the past 20 years, Debbie Pelfrey; his mother, Loulinda Pelfrey; three children, Linda, Jim & Ashley; three sisters, Emma Sue, Brenda & Fawna; and by one brother, Freddie. Bill was a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Progressive Printers. He was deeply loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed. The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., Sunday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, with interment to follow at David Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Bill to his family.
