Willard Gaw

Gaw, Willard L., age 74, of Vandalia, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born in Gainesboro, TN, the son of Bedford & Grace (Emerton) Gaw. He retired after 42 years from Delphi. He served in the Korean Conflict in the US Army and was a Lifetime member of the VFW Post 9582. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Junior Gaw; and his sister, Willadean Webb. Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Donna Gaw; children, Melissa "Missy" Farley, Cynthia Gruenimeier, Suzie Gaw, Dora Elefteriou, Dale Hrachovina, & Tina Gaw; 5 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; 1 great granddaughter; sister, Onita Allen; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM on Saturday, January 12, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6-8 PM.
