Willa Dean Raines

Raines, Willa Dean, of Franklin, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2011. She was born January 30, 1937 in Thornhill, Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Lonnie & Ida Jackson; husbands: Lee Roy Taylor & Raymond Raines; and sister: Betty Allmyer. She is survived by her daughter: Pamela (Richard) Brown; son: Kevin (Juanita) Taylor; grandson: Brian (Joanna) Brown; brother: Clarence Jackson; sisters: Juanita (Leon) Perkins & Judy (Rene') Tinsley; and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. V, his nurses and staff, Atruim Medical Center Third Floor doctors, nurses and staff, and the Doctors, Nurses and staff at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties, 5940 Long Meadow Dr., Middletown, Ohio 45005. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel).
