Wilbertine White

WHITE, Wilbertine, the world lost a true angel today, she lost her fight with congestive heart failure on November 11, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Cheatham County, Tennessee on February 7, 1935 to Dovie and Harvey Morris. Her husband, George and family also lost their best friend. She was a friend to all who knew or met her. She will be greatly missed and loved for eternity.

She always stood by what she truly believed in and lived her life the way that God wanted her to. She taught her children to be strong in whatever we decided to do in this life. She loved the Lord with all her heart and soul and honored him daily. And all that knew her loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, many brothers and sisters, and a great granddaughter, Gracie, who we are sure will meet her in heaven.

Wilbertine is survived by her loving husband, George; her daughter, Cherlyn (Darrell); her son, David (Diane), and all her loving grandchildren, Melissa (Loren) Easter, Darrell II (Arlene) Rodin, Danielle (Joshua) Whited, Kristina Rodin, Brian (Amanda) White, Andy (Katie) White, and Michael White; and great grandchildren, Noah, Levi, Savannah, Cara, Zade, Autumn, Elizabeth, Emma, and Madeline. She's also survived by her sister, Dorothy Greer in Tennessee, and many nieces and nephews, special niece and nephews, Joyce (Larry) Childers, Bruce (Karen) Groves, and Robert (Pam) Groves, and their families.

Memorial services will be held at Arrowbrook Baptist Church, 1124 Upper Bellbrook Rd., Xenia, OH 45385, on November 17, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek, OH.
