Whitney L. Apple, age 35 of Dayton, passed away August 5, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 3, 1988 in Dayton to James Appells and Wanda Morgan. Whitney was preceded in death by her daughter, Kaleigh Ann; maternal grandmother, Barbara Lovely; paternal grandfather, George Powell; paternal grandmother, Deloris Brown and cousin, Nicole Ransom.
She is survived by her parents, James and Wanda; siblings, Kim, Janet, Janette, Tosha, James, Mark and Sherylonda; maternal grandfather, Russell Lovely; paternal grandfather, George Powell; paternal grandmother, Deloris Brown; boyfriend, Matt and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
Whitney was an avid shopper but mostly loved and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She graduated from West Carrollton High School in 2007 and was pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education before her health declined.
Family will receive guests from 6-8 pm on Friday, August 11, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439.
