Wayne Saathoff

SAATHOFF, Wayne Leslie Jr., "Wild Man," age 48, of West Carrollton, passed away Mon., May 29, 2006 at University Hospital, Cincinnati. He is survived by his wife & best friend of 13 years, Mary; 3 daughters Chantel Marie Saathoff and Tara Leslie Saathoff both of Tucson, AZ and Christina Louise Masters of Dayton; his only son Roger Allen Masters, Jr. (Mary, "Bones") of Dayton; his parents Wayne Leslie Sr. & Gladys Saathoff of Lancaster, CA; 1 brother Steve Saathoff of WA; 2 sisters-in-law Toni Goss (Gerald) and Angie Davis (Darryl); mother-in-law Nancy Robbins; niece Cassie Bussert; nephew Eric Davis and beloved pets Ginx, Dangerly and Ozzy. Wayne was a wonderful husband, father, person, best friend and soul mate. He was a man who enjoyed taking special care of his family. Wayne was a fighter and fought hard until the end and will be very sadly missed by his family and those who knew him. Funeral services 3 P.M., Sat., June 3, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Pastor Clyde Waites officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 1 - 3 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home. Private inurnment at the family's convenience.
