Wayne L. Richardson

Wayne L. Richardson, age 64 was called home on June 4, 2012 after a hard fought battle. He was born in Dayton on July 5, 1947, the son of Efford Richardson and Beatrice Burgett and step father, Curney Burgett. He retired from Delco Products leaving behind so many friends. His passion was drag racing and all his dear friends there at Kil Kare for over 40 years. He belonged to the NHRA. He will be sorely missed by Jim Browder, Ozzie, Rob Crider, Paul and so many other racers. He leaves behind an aunt, Ethel Burgett and her family; Glenn Oditt and family; Imogene Perkins and family; numerous cousins; special friends, Beach and Eula Talbee and son, The Duncan Family of Xenia, Mr. and Mrs. Jakobs, Mr. and Mrs. Neal and family and Sandy Smith. Upon his request, no services will be held for Wayne. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel.
