Waymon "Boo Boo" Johnson, Jr., age 66, of Dayton, passed away December 5, 2023. He was born June 28, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents: Waymon C. Sr. and Clara L. Johnson.
Boo Boo is survived by his mother, Gloria Jean Johnson; brother and sisters: Rebecca Wade (Ron), Teresa Jenkins (David), Stanley Johnson and Sue Smoot (Michael); numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Boo Boo was an employee of Tower Heights Middle School in Centerville. He was a member of the Huber Heights Lodge # 777 F&AM and the Falcon Club. Boo Boo loved playing golf and was an avid sports fan. He also enjoyed traveling and listening to music.
Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 am on Monday, December 11, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 10:30 am.
