Wavalene Roberta Wells

Wavalene Roberta Wells, age 85 of Beavercreek, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Soin Medical Center. She was born August 4, 1937 in Uniopolis, Ohio, the daughter of the late Carl and Leah Brown.

Wavalene enjoyed going to the racetrack with her husband and children. She was a great mother, grandmother and friend. Wavalene was always there for her friends and her family and will be remembered for her kindness and sweetness. She was the glue that held the family together. She was devoted member of the Huber Heights Baptist Temple. She was a breast cancer survivor of 40 years.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Robert E. "Bob" Wells Sr. and her son-in-law, Darrell Hudson.

Wavalene is survived by her four children, Robert (Sandy) Wells Jr., Rick (Cindy) Wells, Robin Hudson, Ronald (Peggy) Wells; she is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday, February 20, 2023 from 10:30-12:00pm with a funeral service at 12:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Valley View Memorial Gardens following the service.
